Seudah Shlishit – Final Shabbat Meal

Spend the final hours of Shabbat with us for a meal and discussion on morals and ethics as expounded in Pirkei Avot – Ethics of Our Fathers – and join us seeing off the Shabbat queen.

Every week a guest speaker explains a portion of the weekly chapter of Pirkei Avot, with various commentaries.

Beginning the Shabbat following Pesach, Pirkei Avot is recited every Shabbat after Mincha throughout the summer.

The Talmud explains that these final waning hours of Shabbat are very holy and should be spent studying in Torah. The result is blessing and success into ones daily life.
